1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if you have not used any credits from the purchased package. We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase decision.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Credit packages that have been partially or fully used.
• Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Accounts that have been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the transaction via PayHere.
